Implementation Consultation

The Administration of Walk-in Single Session Therapy (SST)

Pre-Workshop Consultation

Planning discussion with senior leadership to discuss who should attend which parts of the training. What are the training wants?
Recommended attendees: Senior administrator, managers and supervisors of professional staff (their inclusion is crucial), frontline administrative staff who have contact with clients.
A subset of this group could constitute the implementation team.
